Relax on our semi-submerged Salt Water Pavilion, positioned beside a working commercial oyster farm, and taste oysters at their freshest — straight from the water.
You’ll learn how oysters grow, hear stories of Coffin Bay, and enjoy a guided, hands-on shucking lesson so you can open oysters like a pro.
Enhance your experience with optional add-ons such as local sparkling, Riesling, Bloody Mary oyster shots or extra oysters — all enjoyed in the water.
Tours operate year-round and take approximately 90 minutes.
