Climb into waterproof waders and head out to the ‘Salt Water Pavilion. Your tour guide for the day will lead you into the water, pour you a glass of wine, and tell you a few stories about Oysters, and Coffin Bay.
Wading out through the beautiful waters of the picturesque Coffin Bay, you’ll climb aboard our semi-submerged ‘Salt Water Pavilion’ which is situated right in a working commercial Oyster Farm. You’ll get to see how oysters are farmed, see baby oysters, learn how to shuck your very own oysters, and best of all, get to taste them fresh out of the pristine waters of Coffin Bay.
The tours are 1.5 hours in length and include a tasting of Coffin Bay’s finest (and freshest) Oysters. You’ll wear waders for the tour, have a shucking lesson and create memories that will last a lifetime.
